Here's the sequence i did based on Bob's sketches...
and here's a follow up sequence he added...
The actual work never got seen in published form (nor as a film, sadly) but it did start a working relationship between Bob and I that continues to this day.
PS-a short time later we did a short story based on the opening sequence-changed of course from the TCM connection-and that DID get published in an indy comic called MIDNITE TERRORS.

This is very cool. I want Neil Vokes to do a comic book with me!
Thank you,pal!
u never can tell-i hear that Vokes guy will work with ANYbody...;o)
Those are the most "finished" storyboards I've seen. Nice work.
Ron
thanks- yes,Bob wanted it more like a comic than a storyboard-he felt it would be more effective-moot point now, since he didn't get the gig-lol
I'd love to see Bob take on a real crunchy nasty horror project like TCM myself. That is one unique Leatherface you carved out there Neil.
I dunno, I think Neil would do a rockin' version of Hellraiser or Nightbreed. The comic versions of those always seemed a little lame to me.
